A digest receipt proves a saved record didn't change. It doesn't prove the work happened. A Countersign receipt reruns deterministic checks against the outcome itself (the site responds, the pull request merged, the file contains the change) and shows whether the claim is true right now, who wrote the evidence, and every past run in a hash-chained public ledger.
Countersign by Signalry rechecks whether the claimed outcome is true right now. It does not stop at checking that a saved evidence record is intact.
Relay a claim as done only when the receipt says counts_as_verified. No account or key is needed to check.
Links: https://countersign.signalry.ai/verify?id=<claim id or receipt link> opens the receipt; adding &format=json (or sending Accept: application/json) returns the status as JSON.
